From the initial consultation to the completion of the project they were above and beyond professional and knowledgeable of how to take our vision and make it a reality. Throughout the process Cole and crew constantly updated us on progress and what the day’s progress would entail and what the next steps would be. Since completing the job, Cole has personally been back at least twice to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and that everything was going well with the new plant growth. I needed several sprinkler heads replaced and tried to get estimates from several companies. C4 Ground Control was the only one to email me back. Cale came out and went through my entire system with me, assesed the problem areas and gave me a written estimate for the work. He was able to come out a couple of days later and complete the work.
